Ask for help. Talk to us live, or edit this page, put {{helpme}} and describe what help you need. Someone will reply very quickly - usually within a few minutes. Play in your user area. For example, create User:Cjc22/test. Edit existing articles, before you make your own. Look at some subjects that you know about, and see if you can make them a bit better. Further to this message, you still appear to be adding external links to polygenic pathways to many articles, if you are in fact the owner of the site (as implied by your username), in addition to heeding the above advice, please read conflict of interest, specifically: Do not edit Wikipedia to promote your own interests. In a similar vein, WP:ADV states you should avoid linking to a site that you own, maintain, or represent. Parkinson's disease

While your addition seems well intentioned, it is fully unreferenced, does not add much new info to the article, and it is quite speculative. I reverted it. If you believe you have high quality sources to back it up we could try to integrate the info, although I would recommend to discuss at the talk page of the article first.--Garrondo (talk) 10:03, 6 November 2010 (UTC)

Please do not add inappropriate external links to Wikipedia, as you did to Major depressive disorder. Wikipedia is not a collection of links, nor should it be used for advertising or promotion.
