Conflict of interest

I note that your edits have been exclusively to the article Genpact, which is a client of Darling Agency. Even with an individual username, you would have a WP:Conflict of interest in respect of your employer or any of their clients, so that you should not edit their articles directly, though you may make suggestions on article talk pages for uninvolved users to consider. • I should have added that a username of the form "James at Darling Agency" would be perfectly acceptable, and a useful way to make your affiliation clear. JohnCD (talk) 11:20, 11 June 2014 (UTC)

To clarify, you may have a point about the edits being made to Genpact, however that is secondary to the problem with your username.
