The Friedrich Arnold Brockhaus Challenge Award for a New Contributor
Great to meet another German language enthusiast! We've been compared with Britannica here, but will we ever get to the point where we can be compared to Brockhaus? You might enjoy joining up with the folks over at WikiProject Intertranswiki who are also working on translation of articles into English. Djembayz (talk) 00:40, 9 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Möltenort[edit]

Vielleicht kannst du U-boot Ehrenmal Möltenort übersetzen. Sca (talk) 00:49, 25 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Hi, thanks for the message, will look into this one once I've done my next Osnabruck translation, probably on Sunday. Hamptonian92 (talk) 22:42, 27 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • It is done: Möltenort U-Boat Memorial. Getting late now so I won't have time to add categories, perhaps you could do the honours? Thanks Hamptonian92 (talk) 22:15, 29 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Disambiguation link notification for March 6[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Dodesheide, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Westerberg. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Capitalization of job titles[edit]

Please see the talk page for Andrew Jackson and read and understand the MoS (WP:JOBTITLES). We just went over this. Wikipedia only capitalizes "president" in certain specific cases, and the changes you made do not meet any of the criteria. I will restore my edits. Disambiguation link notification for April 11[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Hamburg-Altona station, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Altona (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Just a thought[edit]

I inferred from something you wrote on your "personal page" that you sometimes get to the stage of wondering what to do next (on Wikipedia). Maybe that is a wrong inference and/or out of date; but if not you are always welcome to raid my "to do" lists. They - the ones I have in mind - look like this, this, this and this. You are, of course, also welcome to ignore this message. Success Charles01 (talk) 10:08, 1 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Not at all - only added it last night! Your lists look full of good ideas. Plan to give them a good browse sometime this week, maybe a new article or two could come of it, who knows? Hamptonian92 (talk) 22:37, 1 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
