I have turned this page into a WP:REDIRECT to a section of the article Warsaw where the legend is discussed, with sources. You did not give any sources with your article: please check out Wikipedia:Verifiability, summarised as: "all material must be attributable to reliable, published sources." Even when verified, it does not seem to me that this legend needs an article of its own. The test for that is called Wikipedia:Notability, and looks for references showing "significant coverage in reliable sources that are independent of the subject." If you can provide several sources discussing this legend, you are welcome to re-create the article, but first read Wikipedia:Your first article for advice.
