Gaelic in the Borders?[edit]

Thank you for removing some of the Gaelic that was added to towns in the Borders pages, i tottally agree with you that Gaelic should not be on these sites as Gaelic is not (nor has it ever been) spoken in the borders --retro_junkies 21:01, 15 Feb 2007

The Sims 2: Pets[edit]

You've claimed this is a real game in development, I've asked you to cite a source for this since this is the heart of the problem with the article. If you cannot provide an official source, and no the trailer from E3 doesn't count since even gamespot has stated you can't tell a single thing from that trailer, please consider changing your statement. --Crossmr 15:51, 30 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Call for consensus on fan site list on Andy Murray page[edit]

Hello Jamandell,

You've probably noticed my (probably foolhardy) attempt to resolve the edit war on the Andy Murray page regarding fansites. The protagonists do not look about to resolve it among themselves, so I'd appreciate it if you and other regular editors could express your views on this part of the page, so that we can stop the war going forward, or at least block a protagonist who persists in it. Please come to the talk page here

The questions I've put are:

Please can I have the opinions of those who regularly edit this site:

1.Should there be a list of fansites?

2.Should it be ordered

a) alphabetically
b) by site's popularity or quality
c) by some other factor

3. If by popularity/quality how to judge this?

Straw poll[edit]

Hi,

Glad to see a torchwood template on your page - i created it, but i'm wondering if i should change the ironic 'Dr.Who?' to the logo as seen on the Torchwood page? Please let me know what you think. I may also change the text when the series itself begins. Thanks. Pydos 15:47, 6 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Yeah i know about the other design, but i hadn't got a copy. I'l keep it the same for the moment anyway. C ya round the wikiverse. Pydos 11:05, 11 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • That makes sense (about deleting inactive accounts). Bandwidth is expensive.

London 2012 Olympics[edit]

Hey there. It's weird how I found your username (I think I was going through the Category of teen wikipedians and randomly clicked on your name) but I saw in your opening paragraph that you followed the bid process for the games. That's great because I was just working on the bid articles myself and just got one up to GA status and another one I just put on the GAC list. Anyway, I'd love you help getting the other articles up to GA (possibly FA) status, and them possibly we could get the whole group to Featured Group status. Anyway, send me a message on my talk page or leave a message on the WP:OLYMPICS (Olympics WikiProject) talk page. If you like the Olympics, we'd love to have you as a member! Jaredtalk  18:02, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've actually slowed on editing the articles myself, but 2012 Summer Olympics bids is on FAC right now, so if there's anything you feel you can add with sources to the page, that'd be great. Otherwise, a vote would be nice too! As for the sub-pages. I know the London 2012 Olympic bid page is GA, but all the others are just stubs or maybe start class at best. Whatever you want to do, if anything, would be helpful. Thanks a lot for responding (late). Haha. (I had forgotten I contacted you about this!) Jaredtalk  11:14, 12 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
