It has already been explained to you that when you are blocked, you are not only technically barred from editing under the blocked account, but you are policy-barred from editing using any account or IP. But I must have discussed on the talk page of Mumbai before making any changes.The change I wanted to make was about the Bal Thackerey memorial and his effect on the culture of Mumbai, which was not added on the page .Please consider this pointHuon sir.
