Please refrain from introducing inappropriate pages, such as Narwhalions, to Wikipedia. Doing so is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visit the the page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. The article Narwhalions has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

WP:NOT, appears to be a religion made up one day, no indication it is notable.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Nomination of Narwhalions for deletion[edit]

A discussion is taking place as to whether the article Narwhalions is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia according to Wikipedia's policies and guidelines or whether it should be deleted.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Narwhalions until a consensus is reached, and anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. The nomination will explain the policies and guidelines which are of concern. The discussion focuses on good quality evidence, and our policies and guidelines.

Users may edit the article during the discussion, including to improve the article to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. GB fan 19:08, 2 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  • Please read Wikipedia is not for things made up one day, which explains why this sort of thing is not acceptable here. Two relevant quotes: from that essay: "If you find yourself arguing that your Wikipedia article is necessary because no one else has written about your new invention yet, you have misunderstood the purpose of Wikipedia", and from Wikipedia:No original research: "If no reliable third-party sources can be found on a topic, Wikipedia should not have an article about it. If you discover something new, Wikipedia is not the place to premiere such a discovery." Regards, JohnCD (talk) 19:22, 2 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

November 2011[edit]

This is your last warning. The next time you create an inappropriate page, as you did at Polymers :), you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Joke and hoax pages are most certainly not allowed. Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 10:32, 25 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
