because editors like you refuse to read boilerplate[edit]

Hi. The draft you created (Anshuman Tiwari (musician)) was declined because the subject isn't notable. Musicians need to meet WP:MUSICBIO or WP:GNG or WP:ANYBIO. Anshuman Tiwari fails all three. Also, the draft sounds very promotional with phrases like "He is best known for his lively music..." and "Well, he has a good hold on bollywood and electronic music as well as other genres". The sources you cited don't fully cover the text written and those citations don't look like real journalism to me, but I'm not familiar with Hindi-language press. Perhaps you would do better to write this article in Hindi-language wiki until the subject meets notability guidelines here on English-language wiki. After doing all this, you can make this page live comfortably.

The person whose page I created has been in a lot of trouble since a few years. Those who are going to be jealous of him are ruining their Wikipedia by making a bad page. Those people are doing it because that person's Wikipedia is blocked. I love helping people who are real musicians and this is happening to them. I hope you understand me too. Because some people had blocked them by making a bad page again and again. Same happened with his Hindi Wikipedia, Somebody has made a bad page for him in Hindi too. I want to help such people and make a good page for them.

I blocked this account because I felt that I had sufficient evidence to show that it is a sockpuppet of Anshuman Tiwari Official - among other things the single-minded interest in getting an article created for "Anshuman Tiwari". You are welcome to submit an unblock request, as I see you have done, and an uninvolved administrator can review it.
