Alan Green[edit]

Hi. I've reverted your change on the Alan Green article. The nationality of persons can be an emotive subject, which is why there has been a great deal of prior discussion among editors regarding those of UK persons. Please read this before changing nationalities of people, or declaring what is/isn't a nation. Thanks. --Escape Orbit (Talk) 19:28, 10 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for catching the mistake here; I missed it completely! Regards, Swanny18 (talk) 14:55, 20 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I've reverted your change on the Alpro article. Please double check when you do a mass replace that it doesn't break any link/template/category. By the way, an article on a European company doesn't need to use British English. And an article on a company doesn't need to use the same spelling as on the products. References[edit]

Remember that when adding content about health, please only use high-quality reliable sources as references. We typically use review articles, major textbooks and position statements of national or international organizations (There are several kinds of sources that discuss health: here is how the community classifies them and uses them). WP:MEDHOW walks you through editing step by step. A list of resources to help edit health content can be found here. The edit box has a built-in citation tool to easily format references based on the PMID or ISBN. We also provide style advice about the structure and content of medicine-related encyclopedia articles. The welcome page is another good place to learn about editing the encyclopedia. If you have any questions, please feel free to drop me a note below -- I will see it. Jytdog (talk) 08:02, 20 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Vitamin B12, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. The section is well-sourced. June 2019[edit]

Information icon Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that you recently added commentary to an article, Jackson Pollock. While Wikipedia welcomes editors' opinions on an article and how it could be changed, these comments are more appropriate for the article's accompanying talk page. If you post your comments there, other editors working on the same article will notice and respond to them, and your comments will not disrupt the flow of the article. However, keep in mind that even on the talk page of an article, you should limit your discussion to improving the article. Article talk pages are not the place to discuss opinions of the subject of articles, nor are such pages a forum. Thank you. freshacconci (✉) 09:31, 1 June 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for noticing a possible error in the article. As it happens, "Daisy Bates" links to Ralph Bates' article because she has no page of her own but was his daughter and is mentioned in the "Family" section of his article (which is what the link points to). However, please do not flag errors by putting "*****" in the article and then a note in the edit history; it's confusing to people just reading the article, and as you can see, it can take half a year or more before anyone even notices or figures out what's going on. If you can edit the article, please either make the necessary fix yourself or put a note on the talk page where editors will know to look for it. Thanks! —CrazyDreamer (talk) 08:03, 18 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

There used to be a Wikipedia article on Daisy Bates (actress) but sadly the deletion zealots didn’t like it! If you want to resuscitate this article you would need to find Wikipedia:Reliable sources to satisfy WP:NACTOR.

Disambiguation link notification for August 16[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Robert Pugh, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Waking the Dead. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:04, 16 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
