Cawagayan is a barangay of the Municipality of Pinukpuk in the Province of Kalinga, Philippines.
It is gateway to the Pinukpuk from Tabuk City.
The name was derived from the local word, "Cagao-ayan" which is the name of those first persons to settle in the area.
