AA porn list

Hi, looking at the list there seem to be a number of articles which fail WP:PORNBIO for instance Ebony Ayes, Bobby Blake, Tyson Cane. Any idea why they haven't been been tagged prod/AfD? Lionel (talk) 02:55, 21 August 2010 (UTC)

Please, before you prod or nominate an article for deletion, try to check Google scholar or Google books first for possible good sources. Richard Petty Motorsports

Why did you delete the changes made to the Richard Petty Motorsports page? if you watch NASCAR you'd know what was put on the page was true. or if you go to nascar.com and click news then sprint cup there would be plenty of articles dealing with it. and rpm hasnt suspended their operations of the #9. Then you need to change Red Bull Racing Team's and Kasey Kahne's pages too then, and maybe the Hendrick Motorsports, Marcos Ambrose, Bobby Labonte, JTG Daugherty Racing pages too since those are all connected and havent happened yet WP:FUTURE if you change one of those articles then the rest dont make sense. all those articles have what you deleted in the RPM page.Jason Shew (shewy) (talk) 23:36, 22 October 2010 (UTC)

Reviewer permission

Hello. Your account has been granted the "reviewer" userright, allowing you to review other users' edits on certain flagged pages. Pending changes, also known as flagged revisions, underwent a two-month trial which ended on 15 August 2010. Its continued use is still being discussed by the community, you are free to participate in such discussions. Many articles still have pending changes protection applied, however, and the ability to review pending changes continues to be of use.

Reviewers can review edits made by users who are not autoconfirmed to articles placed under level 1 pending changes and edits made by non-reviewers to level 2 pending changes protected articles (usually high traffic articles). Pending changes was applied to only a small number of articles, similarly to how semi-protection is applied but in a more controlled way for the trial. The list of articles with pending changes awaiting review is located at Special:OldReviewedPages.

For the guideline on reviewing, see Wikipedia:Reviewing. Being granted reviewer rights doesn't grant you status nor change how you can edit articles even with pending changes. The general help page on pending changes can be found here, and the general policy for the trial can be found here.

New deal for page patrollers

Hi Whose Your Guy,

In order to better control the quality of new pages, keep out the spam, and welcome the genuine newbies, the current system we introduced in 2011 is being updated and improved. The documentation and tutorials have also been revised and given a facelift. Most importantly a new user group New Page Reviewer has been created.

Under the new rule, you may find that you are temporarily unable to mark new pages as reviewed. However, this is nothing to worry about - most current experienced patrollers are being accorded the the new right without the need to apply, and if you have significant previous experience of patrolling new pages, we strongly encourage you to apply for the new right as soon as possible - we need all the help we can get, and we are now providing a dynamic, supportive environment for your work.
