Please use edit summaries[edit]

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Gal Gadot does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → check Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! - Bri (talk) 21:34, 8 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Israeli date format[edit]

Hi! You recently added "Israeli-made articles for the American-English audience are usually swapped to mm/dd/yyyy" to the Date format by country article. Do you know which format is used for a British-English audience in Israel? Thanks.  Stepho  talk  15:05, 10 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Stepho As far as I know, there are no Israeli websites dedicated specifically to British readers. When Hebrew articles are translated into English, they almost exclusively use American English.Zac3482 (talk) 15:46, 11 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Overlinking[edit]

Hi. Regarding edits you made to Gal Gadot, please note that per WP:Overlinking, common words/places/countries should not be linked. Bennv3771 (talk) 16:29, 11 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Guideline on identifying minors[edit]

I noticed you have added minors' names to Gal Gadot repeatedly. Please stop. There are good reasons not to do this spelled out at WP:MINORS. - Bri (talk) 03:51, 14 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
