- People will signup to "run" one meeting.
  - Only 9 months remaining
  - Can be anywhere (Even Vallejo)
  - Can be any activity you think Wikimedians would enjoy
- Brainstorm other place we'd like to go
  - Samovar in the Yerba Buena gardens seemed to work well, though it's not cheap

- See if we can get one serious (scheduled) talk/demo from each project
