Pujya Deepakbhai is one of the prominent Indian spiritual leaders, who has a satsang program on Aastha TV, which is becoming increasingly popular.

Born on May 9, 1953 in Morbi, Deepakbhai’s calm and simple disposition was already evident from a very early age. He is the youngest of the five brothers and sisters. When still a child, his older brother took him to Dadashri and on March 6, 1971 Deepakibhai received the knowledge of the Self - Atmajnana from Dadashri. For someone who was already exhibiting somewhat ascetic tendencies, Deepakbhai now gained a tremendous impetus to self-learn, and attain the true goal of liberation.

He pursued his studies and attained a degree in Mechanical Engineering. After launching his own business as a Consulting Engineer, he decided to join the spiritual path, an idea which his father severely opposed to. It took his father nearly eight years to realize that his son has chosen the right path for himself. His family is now very supportive of his way of life, and helps him to stay aloof from the worldly and family related matters with ease.
