For example, basically any large river crossing consisting of two mutually-bracing trusses contains FC members. To verify, I checked as a case study the Milton-Madison Bridge on the Ohio R. between Indiana and Kentucky, verifying in FWHA's Kentucky bridge data that the structure (built 2014) has FC members that are inspected every 24 months. Also cleaned up definition. Needs ref undo
