It is a big city and only persons well familiar with the city or its schools may have the full details. However, I found a link … St. George's Grammar School won the boys' and girls' team championship titles in the Hyderabad… from a premier Indian newspapers that reports about an event about this school. This confirms existence of the school. There is also a link from a site of the Government of India which gives name of this school: [1]. There are some other links too: [2]. However, other contents probably require referencing.
