Camacho signed to WWE in their developmental territory, FCW, as Donny Marlow. Not to long after, he teamed with CJ Parker and won the FCW Tag Team Championship. In April, he became known as 'Agent T.', as part of Washington's Secret Service [[Glossary of professional wrestling terms#Stable|stable]] alongside Agent D. and Agent J. Then he started feuding with Big E Langston and "Mr. Jacked" Nick Rogers. He then started a stable with Hunico and Epico called Los Aviadores. Then before his departure from FCW he joined a short lived stable, The Ascension led by Ricardo Rodriguez. FCW then sent him to Smackdown to become the manager or enforcer of Hunico. He would then ride Hunico out on a Low-Rider bike.
