Someone posted a request to have this article listed on FLRC talk a while back, and it was never done. I decided to have a look at the list, and it has obvious deficiencies that cause it to fail the FL criteria. The most pressing of these is a lack of inline citations; there's only one in the whole article, and the body doesn't have any. In addition, it has the old-fashioned "This is a list of" opening, and the formatting in general pales in comparison to modern FLs such as List of parrots.
