Corky - I understand the guidelines however anything written on Sonny James by me is first hand eyewitness information. Our vocal group worked with Sonny starting in 1964 and to this day I do things for him. I cannot refer to a book or sources other than myself for the information I posted. It is accurate to a "T" but I have hesitated to link my birth name to it as I feel that would be way too self-serving. My oldest son is a website developer and we have designed and maintain his website - www.sonnyjames.com. I also work silently with Richard Custer who has posted over 600 of Sonny's singles on youtube. In addition I work behind the scenes with Terry Dillard who maintains Fans of Sonny James on facebook. Sonny is now 87 years old and entering that time of life and those of us that love him are just trying to place his legacy out there for all to see. I didn't save the piece I wrote on the Southern Gentlemen - can it be retrieved and re-posted. ...George Lee Robinson
