Ali Abdelaziz is an Egyptian-born [2] mixed martial arts manager and promoter.[3][4] He had a brief career as a fighter himself before he became a manager, amassing an MMA record of 1-3.

Abdelaziz is the founder and president of Dominance MMA Management. According to Covington, he also issued a death threat at him during the scuffle.[8] Abdelaziz was charged with misdemeanor battery, which was eventually dropped after paying a $1,000 bond.[9]

At the PFL 7 event on October 11, 2019, Abdelaziz again was involved in physical altercation during which he hit fellow mixed martial arts manager Abraham Kawa. He was removed from the venue and was charged with battery.[10] The charge was later dismissed.[11]
