The following is a listing of Central Junior B Hockey League Standings. The Central became the Ontario Provincial Junior A Hockey League in 1993. For years, the Central was arguably one of the best Junior "B" league in Canada.
The Central was created in 1956 when the Big 10 Junior B Hockey League divided into leagues.

After 1971, the Central and the Mid-Ontario Junior B Hockey League were realigned with the Owen Sound Greys and Collingwood Blues jumping to the Mid-Ontario.

The Streetsville Derbys were forced to suspend operations for the 1986-87 Season as a result of an Ontario Hockey Association ban on the team due to a bench clearing brawl in the 1986 Sutherland Cup Final.
