He's not King Piccolo reincarnated, because first, you can't have your own child be your reincarnation. That's I don't mean to say this "fucking" stupid. Your siblings would then call you dad and father or mom and mother. And second, reincarnations always have their past self's same facial structure, stature, and voice. Piccolo Jr. doesn't. Now he's gonna be mad at me and hate me. I apologized to everyone, even Ryu. I'm just getting fed up with him being called that fake name. It's not because Akira Toriyama's artwork improved. "Dragon Ball" was still in the same animation style. I'm calling him Piccolo Jr. forever and that's that. Namekians can age normally like humans. They can only age fast if their father chooses to have them grow up fast. They'll always be those colors forever. It'll always stay in that design forever. He'll never get anything on his belt, pants, and shirt when he's battle damaged like blood, dirt, dust, goo, mud, saliva, stone dots when he’s turned to stone by King Dabura, and water drips forever.
