Treat Conrad Huey (born August 28, 1985) is an American tennis player of Filipino descent who represents the Philippines internationally. He specialises in doubles and has reached three finals in the ATP tour.

Huey reached his career-high doubles ranking of 37 on June 18, 2012. He partnered among others with Somdev Devvarman, Brian Battistone, Jeff Coetzee, Harsh Mankad and Dominic Inglot. His coach is Othmane Garma.

On July 24, 2012 Treat Huey became a member of World Team Tennis's Washington Kastles due to the absence of Leander Paes (competing in the 2012 London Olympics).
