Have you read and understood Wikipedia:Notability (organizations and companies)? Your football club must have achieved sufficient notability to be of encyclopedic interest. Wikipedia isn't a free web space for organizations or clubs.
Also it is abundantly clear that you aren't aware of Wikipedia:Conflict of interest guidelines. Please don't write articles about topics with which you are affiliated. Therefore no Declined. Make enough constructive contributions elsewhere and you'll earn your autoconfirmed status. The name of the company has changed from Genji, Inc. to Genji, LLC so I would like to "move" the account, and I would like to be able to upload an image of one of the stores and the company logo as a means of identifying the article "Genji_Inc."

Request to be confirmed. Wish to create/maintain a page about Laser Bond Inspection technology, a Nondestructive Test for composite materials developed by the Boeing Company. Article contains 20 3rd party sources and several photographs and is relevant/notable for both the Composite materials page and the Nondestructive testing pagewhich will also need to be edited to include the created page. Also wish to eventually add photographs/information to the Laser Peening page. Please check my sandbox for initial draft of the Laser Bond Inspection page. I would appreciate any assistance with the creation of the page and will follow all available guidelines for creation and maintenance of these pages. Credentials can be supplied upon request.

It appears from your edits that you are referring to changing the image on a biography of a living person.  Not done - These types of images must be free as they are replaceable. Free images should be uploaded to our free image repository, the Commons. You do not need any special permissions to upload there and you can use the same username and password you use here.. You could also upload them yourself right now at Wikimedia Commons using the same username and password you have here, making it easier for the images to be shared by other websites. As to the article edits, you should be able to edit most articles without being confirmed, and it doesn't take long for your account to be autoconfirmed.
