Hello Joyti, I was wondering if you can pin point the adv. content in the 3 pages that i've created (Integrated Technology Group, Walid Tahabsem and EduWave)..I am pretty sure that it has nothing to do with advertising ...please advice — Preceding unsigned comment added by AmmarMismar (talkcontribs) 20:29, 4 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Jyoti.mickey, Greetings! I see that you intend to work on Sister Nivedita's article. In fact, I wanted to work on the same, but due to other engagements, I cannot take this up at right now. If required you can use this THE DEDICATED A BIOGRAPHY OF NIVEDITA (1953) and of course google books! Cheers. --Nvineeth (talk) 05:26, 11 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you Nvineeth. I will read that book and take advantage of it. That article has all contents in the lead section itself and the rest of the article is just a bunch of links. I plan to make a good outline first, moving unnecessary links to somewhere else. I moved the "A benediction" to Wikiquotes and just referenced it here in this article yesterday. --Jyoti (talk) 22:57, 11 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Hello, you can find information on citations here: WP:CIT. Actually there is a handy tool (script) : Goto "my preferences" -> "Gadgets" tab -> refTools. This will give you a button above the text box, and its easy to fill in the details... and I do remember the template details, since I have used it several times , so sometimes I just type by hand. Hope this helps. To write an article, what you need to do is this : Use encyclopedic tone, provide in line citations... read WP:BETTER...don't bother too much about the manual, I will there around to fix the problems, the best way is to start working and the rest will come by itself. Cheers! --Nvineeth (talk) 09:43, 12 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you so much! I would do the reading and make appropriate changes. I might take some time though. I am slow but consistent. --Jyoti (talk) 09:52, 12 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Take your own sweet time and feel free to contact me for any assistance. Thanks. --Nvineeth (talk) 10:00, 12 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, I'm HasteurBot. I just wanted to let you know that Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Nabhadas, a page you created, has not been edited in 6 months. The Articles for Creation space is not an indefinite storage location for content that is not appropriate for articlespace.

If your submission is not edited soon, it could be nominated for deletion. If you would like to attempt to save it, you will need to improve it.

You may request Userfication of the content if it meets requirements.

If the deletion has already occured, instructions on how you may be able to retrieve it are available at WP:REFUND/G13.

Thank you for your attention. HasteurBot (talk) 02:13, 24 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Jyoti.mickey. It has been over six months since you last edited your WP:AFC draft article submission, entitled "Nabhadas".

The page will shortly be deleted. If you plan on editing the page to address the issues raised when it was declined and resubmit it, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}} or {{db-g13}} code. Please note that Articles for Creation is not for indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you want to retrieve it, copy this code: {{subst:Refund/G13|Wikipedia talk:Articles for creation/Nabhadas}}, paste it in the edit box at this link, click "Save", and an administrator will in most cases undelete the submission.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Rankersbo (talk) 13:46, 21 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Kejriwal

You are violating WP:BLP by adding the "anarchist" quotations to articles about Arvind Kejriwal. As your sources have clearly demonstrated, there is no agreement on words that he used. As such, they must be deemed unreliable for this point. - Sitush (talk) 11:06, 7 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I am not quoting. Do you think my addition that he used the word anarchist for himself is also not certain? In context of the protest episode this incident was also discussed in all major news houses. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Aam_Aadmi_Party&diff=next&oldid=598533274

Information icon Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors according to your reverts at Aam Aadmi Party. Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to be blocked from editing. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. While edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, breaking the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a block. Thank you. Sitush (talk) 16:04, 1 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

CSD#G11

G11 only applies to articles that are written like ads, such that they'd need to be rewritten to be encyclopaedia articles. Stop adding to articles where it's wholly inapplicable. That just wastes everyone's time. (And there are other criteria, listed here, which may be useful for other problems. Don't be afraid of PROD or AfD either, where you think something should be deleted, but speedy deletion criteria ain't applicable. (and don't be afraid to fix things, either). WilyD 09:19, 4 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Okay, sorry about that. Will go through CSD again. Thanks for the headsup. Jyoti (talk) 09:36, 4 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of Name day of a month

Hello,

I have answered to your message about deletion of Name day of a month on the talk for the page. Can you tell me if there are any other reasons, apart from what I've expained, that makes you think the article should be deleted?

Thanks, — Preceding unsigned comment added by Michalsroka (talkcontribs) 09:24, 4 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Redirection to the original wiki page done. Jyoti (talk) 09:38, 4 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, but the name day of a month is not the same as a name day. I have started the description of a name day of a month by giving the origins of the other name day, however, name day of a month is a different tradition. Why do you think it should be added as a section in the name day page? Michalsroka (talk) 12:38, 4 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Do you think you can not fit it in the name day under "Name days in various countries" section? You will have to prove notability and get reliable reference, you can start with sandbox in your user area before you move to article space, that way you can avoid the speedy* action, what was there was only a table with no reference (except another wikipedia article) and no mention of how is it notable. Jyoti (talk) 12:42, 4 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I have merged your original entry sub-headed Punya Prasun Bajpai incident, is comment of BJP required on this? to another main section headed Merged entry on a specific news incident. However, no alterations have been made to the original post and replies. Talk:Arvind_Kejriwal#Merged_entry_on_a_specific_news_incident Harsh (talk) 15:01, 6 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
