Whitney White was born in Rhode Island in the United States. Her family later moved to Massachusetts due to her mom’s job - where she still resides today. In college, she was a studio art major with concentration in Graphic design.
Although initially posting videos on YouTube was just away help others and relieve stress, her hair tutorials were loved by many and she started gaining numerous followers on YouTube. The Naptural85 brand is known for natural hairstyles including how-to’s, other natural DIY treatments and great knowledge on this industry. Due to her knowledge, she is known as the Michelle Phan in the “natural hair movement” the guru of online natural hair.
