I removed the statement that Patrick McCollum was the first Wiccan Chaplain recognized by the Government. Ed Fitch served as a special duty Chaplain while in the Air National Guard and Scott Russell served as a Chaplain for FEMA, responding to Ground Zero during the 9-11 attacks.
