Information icon Hello. This is a message to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions, such as the edit you made to 2020 Atlantic hurricane season, did not appear constructive and has been reverted. Please take some time to familiarise yourself with our policies and guidelines. You can find information about these at our welcome page which also provides further information about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia. If you only meant to make test edits, please use your sandbox for that. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you may leave a message on my talk page. Hello HurricaneJanor. I just want to ask you why you reverted my edit at 2020 Atlantic hurricane season, because your reason was unclear. Please give a clear reason in your edit summary. Thanks! ~ Destroyeraa (talk|Contribs) 00:25, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello @Destroyeraa:. I removed it because your edit/interpretation was wrong. I know that you tried to clarify what "breaking down" means, but I believe your interpretation is wrong. It means that ppl will find it hard to maintain social distancing because they are in shelters, not that authorities cannot enforce the rules upon them. I hope you understand. Thank you. 🌀HurricaneJanor (talk) 00:28, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]
OK then. I understand. Thank you for your patience, and I hope you enjoy editing on Wikipedia. If you enjoy editing about TCs, I recommend you join WikiProject Tropical cyclones. Cheers, and stay safe! ~ Destroyeraa (talk|Contribs) 00:35, 30 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Adding into to the season article

Hey there. If you are adding info to the season article, you need to add a reference, regardless if that reference appears in another article. We need to cite everything to prevent misinformation, especially when things change rapidly, as in a current season. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 14:42, 16 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Inviting you to the WikiProject Tropical cyclones!

Please accept this invitation to join the Tropical cyclones WikiProject (WPTC), a WikiProject dedicated to improving all articles associated with tropical cyclones. WPTC hosts some of Wikipedia's highest-viewed articles, and needs your help for the upcoming cyclone season. Simply click here to accept!

Please don't decline this. In July of this year, Destroyeraa tried to invite you, but unfortunately I don't see you sign your name. I'm hoping that you sign your name this time around. With that, welcome to the WikiProject Tropical Cyclones! Thank you, SMB99thx my edits 12:38, 19 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@SMB99thx: I joined the project. Thanks for inviting me! I was hesitant at first because I was busy and didn't have enough time to participate. Now, I am less busy. I can help out in the Western Pacific too - its my other favorite basin (I like the Atl and the Wpac for their rapid intensification). 🌀HurricaneJanor (talk) 17:08, 9 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
