Page mover

I have previously been granted page mover rights [1] after I requested it when I started working on improving the geographical articles for the region of Nagorno-Karabakh, with the current article titles for the majority of the pages not being set to their likely common names, but instead being based on their official/de jure names. The issue has dragged on a bit, and while several of the requested move discussions that I've opened have resulted in moves (Haterk, Ashan, Nagorno-Karabakh, Kochoghot, Mets Shen, Shusha, Martuni, Nagorno-Karabakh, Verin Horatagh, Nerkin Horatagh), others ([2] [3] [4] [5] [6]) fell through, mainly because of a lack of a clear consensus in the move discussions. A way forward for a substantial discussion and then an RfC for multiple proposals for a naming convention (including how to deal with official names and alternative names for the region) to act as a template for case-to-case move discussions has now been suggested by an administrator which I consulted about the issue [7].
While the Nagorno-Karabakh article title issue has stalled a bit and I intend to be cautious regarding the matter since its a controversial issue, I've continued to edit geographical articles for provinces in Armenia, and I've gone through all the articles for the provinces of Syunik and Vayots Dzor, I'm currently continuing with Gegharkunik and I'd like to continue with general cleanup and additions to the articles for the localities in the rest of the provinces of Armenia and eventually beyond as I am very interested in geography and the Middle East in general. Many articles have not been edited for years and are sorely in need of cleanup and are lacking in content.
Many article titles for the pages I've come across so far have also been based on incorrect transliterations from Armenian, which I've tried to correct, however, the majority of the corrections for the aforementioned provinces that required page mover rights were done through WP:RMT, before I got page mover rights and started using pageswap and so I've only used pageswap so far for the Nagorno-Karabakh article of Berkadzor, as an article title correction there was not controversial. So I would like to request continued approval to retain the page mover rights.
Regarding the granting guidelines: I've been registered on Wikipedia since 2008, made 8,000+ edits [8], and I haven't committed any 3RR violations or been blocked in the past 6 months [9] [10]. AntonSamuel (talk) 12:00, 12 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I have been editing Wikipedia for close to 11 months now and have almost 4,000 edits. Much of my work is done in WikiProject Tropical cyclones and WikiProject Non-tropical storms, where, especially in the latter, the name for an article can be disputed, especially when the article is still in draftspace. I create and edit new drafts for articles in these projects, and it is often necessary to move these multiple times as consensus within editors can take some time. Also, often I have to move them back to an old name, and sometimes the old article has been changed from a redirect to be blanked, so I have to get an admin to delete the page and then I can move it. If I had page mover rights, I could solve all of these problems and be able to move pages in these situations much easier. HurricaneCovid (contribs) 14:30, 12 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
In past I am retired user but from now I am back to wikipedia again, because i can not leave without wikipedia, I am requesting page mover rights because in past i have moved several of pages. So i have good knowledge of page moves MRGN (talk to me!) 14:29, 13 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I'm leaning decline on this one mainly because of the huge span of time between retirement and coming out of retirement (10+ years). WP was a totally different beast in 2007, and while all of the old moves from that era are reasonable, I'm not sure what that necessarily means today. @Primefac: yes i accept that i came to wikipedia after log time but I still know each and every rules of wikipedia policies, If you think then you can gave me this rights for trial base or as temperory. If I do any mistake then you can surely witdraw my rights, I just came again because to give time to wikipedia so request you to grant me this righs as a temperory
If possible, on a short-term temporary basis (say, a week at most) to allow for continuation of the task described here (in addition to the meter gauge railways, there's the whole category tree to roam through)? This would be the most efficient way to fix that without creating too much of a backlog. I reckon I also meet the other criteria (except being experienced in page moves), but since this is for a one off basis I hope it won't bother too much. Is this still needed? It looks like the issue has been resolved. Primefac (talk) 14:18, 15 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
