Citation amendment under "Tattoos"

There are a few assertations made which would benefit from citation under the 'tattoos' section. For example: "Post has a number of tattoos that he inked himself and has also inked tattoos on several friends and acquaintances[114], inspired by Justin Bieber. A citation is needed to support the assertation that Post Malone was inspired by Bieber, otherwise it would be speculative. Similarly, the sentences "He has tattoos on his hand and fingers of artists who have influenced him.CX is the best clan" and "In recognition of the 2nd Amendment,[115] he has a tattoo on his triceps of a snake encoiled around a rifle" both require citation for the same reasons. "Laconic vocal style"?

What does that mean? "Laconic" usually refers to a phrase that uses few words in a short and concise way to convey a broader meaning (source 1, source 2). Needs clarification imo. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.228.0.192 (talk) 21:21, 14 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Awards section--new article?

is it time for a separate article for Awards and nominations received/is that current section too long and worthy of its own page yet?Melodies1917 (talk) 16:19, 2 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Singer instead of rapper

@Billiekhalidfan: @Ss112: @Binksternet: @Deathawk: I know Post Malone supposed be a "rapper" but he sings more then he raps, I think it would be better to called him a singer then a rapper. The artist don't even considered himself a rapper. TheAmazingPeanuts (talk) 23:01, 8 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

What do all the sources call him? Binksternet (talk) 04:53, 9 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
@Binksternet: After I take a second look at these sources [1] [2] [3], they explicitly called him as a rapper. TheAmazingPeanuts (talk) 00:32, 9 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

@Binksternet: It doesn't matter if those three sources call him a rapper, he's more of a singer, so can somebody here please change Post Malone's occupation to "singer, songwriter, and record producer" or "singer, rapper, songwriter, and record producer"? AndrewTheLogoMaker (talk)

Not done. On Wikipedia The sources are what matter, not anyone's personal opinion. Best, - CorbieVreccan 21:08, 8 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Sources are wrong. He hasn't rapped a day in his life. It doesn't matter if you call him it. He explicitely said he is not a rapper as well. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 80.42.4.48 (talk) 05:13, 9 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Transition to "person"

Hello guys.

First of all, I'd like to start by saying that we should put this article under "person" template as he's not only a musical artist but an actor as well.

He's scheduled to star in a new film soon and has done voice roles. I think we should transition Post Malone to a person. Hopefully it made sense.

Please give me your opinion/thoughts on it.

Thank you

Smart Rolls-Royce?

Post's white Rolls-Royce was driving through ...

This makes it sound like nobody was responsible for the crash because the car was driving itself around town. I'm not really interested in correcting this article, but I wanted to point out that this is really sloppy grammar. Maybe someone more interested in Post Malone could try to improve it just a little bit. Bz8x8c (talk) 03:32, 9 November 2019 (UTC)post Malone is married to vanessa lynn postVanessapost (talk) 23:55, 7 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed it too, the wording is not ideal. It does reflect the source article though, which seems to be trying to be objective and not accuse anyone of causing an accident, and avoid suggesting or implying that Malone was necessarily the one who was driving the vehicle at the time. -- 109.76.215.105 (talk) 03:03, 29 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Question: Hi IP, is this about changing the order of the four genres listed in the infobox? Btw, in case you have an edit request for a protected article, it's best to make use of the {{edit semi-protected}} template or use the edit request wizard. This will place the article in a special category and ensures that another user will review the request at some stage.– NJD-DE (talk) 18:15, 9 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Note: Marking as answered pending IP response. The request needs to be shortened and only the relevant bits included. If it's a request to change the order of the genres in the infobox then that seems like entirely pointless to me. RandomCanadian (talk / contribs) 16:10, 10 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Under title 'Other Ventures' Please include - in August 2020 Post Malone had invested in Esports organisation Envy Gaming where he wanted to be a part of an organisation from his home town, he had always gamed as he was growing up and wanted to be involved in it.

Not done: please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. Furthermore, the phrase seems to contain lot of unnecessary trivia/non-encyclopedic language. NJD-DE (talk) 23:53, 28 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Wrong information

According to Forbes Mr.Post Malone earned 85 million dollars in 2020 therefore it is plausible that his net worth is greater than 24 million Lolloflollo (talk) 06:30, 27 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Post Malone is a "natural" type guy. He does not use deodorant, because of this, one of his former managers had quit because they couldn't take his BO. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.40.207.8 (talk) 19:50, 4 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Add that he performed in Pokemon Go

A big performance of his career happened about two weeks ago where he performed in Pokemon Go for the 25th anniversary of Pokemon. Please add this to the page somewhere.
