Delete The redirect system is not a holding pen for random bits of trivia that exist somewhere on the Internet but didn't make it into the target article. It's for pointing readers to information about the term they typed in. Wikipedia has zero information about how this phrase suddenly came to be associated with Joe Biden & Russia.
