@Chaehyoseung Good progress but there are still many things to fix:

you should follow our rules for adding references by eensure that references have the name of the publisher, original date of publication, name of the author, and both Korean title in hangul (if they are Korean) and an English translation (using the "translated title" parameter) - for translated title, see how I fixed one of your references here. Many of your references are missing most of these elements, please go over each one and add the required information - for example reference two doesn't even have title, it just declares the publisher ("Encyclopedia of Korea Culture".). There are many other errors like this
reference #11 is to Wikipedia. This is not allowed. Please replace it with a reliable reference to an academic journal, book or newspaper
you should also try to add some pictures to it (remember we have to respect copyright, so use pictures from Wikimedia Commons or upload your own for extra credit).
you should add blue links to other relevant Wikipedia articles following the guide here: WP:BTW
please add a short summary/abstrac to the top following the guidelines at WP:LEAD
Once the above is fixed, please publish your English article by moving it to the mainspace (it should be at Family in South Korea).
Finally. after moving your article, please remember to add WP:CATEGORIES to it.

However, regarding your English Wikipedia article, the following fixes are needed, please publish your English article by merging it with the content currently at Environment of South Korea. Please carefully ensure that no content present in the current public, shorter article are lost (or duplicated) IF they are referenced (it's ok to remove unreferenced content). add reliable, properly formatted references for each paragraph to verify each fact (multiple references may be needed). See WP:CITE, WP:V for relevant guidelines and a video in our LMS for how to add and format references
add blue links to other relevant Wikipedia articles per WP:BTW.

Once this is completed, you can try to move the article following the guidelines at WP:MOVE. If you still cannot move it yourself, you can ask me for help. please read my advice to your groupmate I recently wrote above. Most of the issues I told you to fix have not been fixed yet. Effectively, all I see you have done since I provided feedback for you is add several references ([1]). That's an improvement, but that's not much.
please ensure all content is referenced. I see some unreferenced paragaphs in the "Roles and relationships" section
you should follow our rules for adding references by eensure that references have the name of the publisher, original date of publication, name of the author, and both Korean title in hangul (if they are Korean) and an English translation (using the "translated title" parameter) - you can also watch our video on how to add and format references, available in LMS. Many of your references are missing most of these elements, please go over each one and add the required information - for example reference two doesn't even have title, it just declares the publisher ("Encyclopedia of Korea Culture".). There are many other errors like this
please add hyperlinks (see WP:BTW)
please add some images (from Wikimedia Commons or your own - the latter would generate extra credit, but remember, you cannot copy images from Internet or books or such)
please move the article (see WP:MOVE) and add WP:CATEGORIES when you have done so
