Does not meet notability criteria per WP:CREATIVE.
All we currently know is that this person works as a district reporter for the BBC and that he gave a presentation at a TED event. Nothing else part from this has been written about him that would somehow justify notability. Working for the BBC itself does not establish notability, neither does a one off TED presentation.
