- Thank you for the information. When you buy a painting you do not automatic get the right to create new versions of the painting. Just like when you go to a photographer and buy a picture. The property owners do no recognize this person's copyright and deem this to be an infringement of their rights. Do not use this photograph. - Kimball Castle Properties, LLC All rights reserved."
The uploader replied that "The photo was taken from Lockes Hill Road, a public right of way. Nevertheless, I have removed the photo from the list of NRHP properties for Belknap County."

- In case you'd like to see for yourself, go to the town of Gilford, New Hampshire's on-line tax maps: [1] and enter "242-371-000" into "Find by Parcel ID". Note, however, that while the Lockes Hill Road right of way extends to Route 11 at each end, the traveled portion of the road only goes from the west end up to parcel 371; the east end is impassible. --Ken Gallager (talk) 13:15, 19 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
