Delete and/or redirect. As always, people do not get Wikipedia articles just for standing as candidates in elections they haven't won — the notability test for politicians is holding a notable office, not just running for one — but this makes no real claim that she would have preexisting notability for other reasons. Obviously no prejudice against recreation in the future if she wins the seat when the byelection actually happens, but nothing here is grounds for her to already have an article today.
