I need help with a song

You might be just the person I've been looking for! Could you possibly help me with a couple of fine points in translating a few words of Spanish in a Tex-Mex English song with some Spanglish thrown in? I understand the Spanish words in it very well, but there are a few fine points that I'm not sure of (a comma and a tilde).
