Response[edit]

Would a section on the government/international response be justified which may help back up notability of these bombings compared to many others. Two would be:

UN strongly condemns the attack [1]
"Obama condemns Iraq attacks, won't alter U.S. withdrawal plans" [2]

Stub or Start?[edit]
