The Palestine Post of Aug 6 1937 (readable on the web) says that Kibbutz Afikim was celebrating 10 years since its founding. This suggests missing history in our article. Strangely the author of that PP article seems to confuse it with Kvutzat Kinneret (founded much earlier); or else there is some historical connection that is confusing me.
