Objection to proposed deletion

[edit]

Team Vitality is an esports organisation with teams competing in several top level professional leagues in Europe; for example, its League of Legends team competes in the League of Legends European Championship and its CS:GO team has competed in several majors and will compete in the upcoming major. Team Vitality's franchise is well known and its reach within the professional esports scene is massive, but this is not clear due to the lack of written content (and not just infoboxes serving as a directory) and [reliable] citations that are not primary source tweets. I think a deletion of this page would be unnecessary as notability can be established, and instead this page just needs to be massively worked on (i.e. adding citations/written content) to accomplish such. This is something I am willing to help with. CentreLeftRight 04:02, 20 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I also object to deletion. I am willing to write what I am knowledgeable about and I can source what needs it. As CentreLeftRight said, deletion is unnecessary as notability can be established over time as there is likely much material on such a large organization such as Team Vitality.
