Ownership

[edit]

This article starts:

The Scottish Bus Group is a Scottish company that owns a number of bus operators.

I'm no expert on Scottish bus privatisation, but does the SBG really still exist and own bus operators?. If so, which ones, and who now owns the SBG?. -- Chris j wood 00:17, 6 Nov 2004 (UTC)

"the whole of Scotland"

[edit]

To my fairly certain knowledge the claim is fair for the whole of mainland Scotland, but operations in Orkney and Shetland were carried out by independents right up to 1999. --87.244.89.153 (talk) 17:59, 2 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]
