Can’t believe that since he was born in 1865. The reference to the LoC deals with the collection of Bain News Service. The term ‘his photographs’ is misleading. Alfie↑↓© 14:47, 28 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]


Yes, they are his. The owner is not the person who presses the shutter trigger. Bill Gates owns Corbis and they are now his photos. The person who owns the legal rights makes it their photos. It is about law not art. --Richard Arthur Norton (1958- ) (talk) 04:55, 15 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]
