Name[edit]

To the best of my knowledge, "Almond cookie" is a mis-use in presenting this snack. Of course if someone can find an actual supermarket packaged version in the US/Canada with almond cookie on the label, then maybe it is accurate? Benjwong 18:18, 14 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"Biscuit" is British usage; "cookie" is North American. Both refer to a crispy or moist disc-like sweet dessert, sometimes including chocolate chips. Badagnani 18:21, 14 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
