Clean up note[edit]

I recently did a massive clean up on this article. It looks like it was a translation from the Italian wiki and, while I certainly appreciate the time and effort put into the translation, over the years since the translation, the article has become difficult to follow and messy. I tried to trim excess info about grapes and types of wine produce because that info is more appropriate for the DOC article and looks cumbersome in its presentation (some DOCs had info, some did not, etc). I also tried to make all the DABs consistent. More to come, but it is a start. Agne ^Cheese/^Wine 04:37, 3 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
