Cleanup

I've flagged this article as one that could use cleanup. It's got a lot of good information, but reads like a huge block of text. It could benefit a little attention from someone who is both familiar with the subject matter (I am not) and the Manual of Style. I've replaced some bullets with subheadings to help with the formatting a bit, but I still think an article with this much good information can be taken further in terms of formatting.
