What is the name?

Why is the title Erik Fabbri but the lede begins Francesco Lorenzon is a ...? I notice that there is also another page Francesco Lorenzon about a different Italian footballer born in the same year. The two pages were created with a day of each other by Alexxander3000 (talk · contribs). Perhaps a mistake was made? YBG (talk) 08:43, 24 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
