Death of Pauline Digges-Nealon 27.04.2008
[edit]The death has occured of Pauline Digges (1920-27.04.2008) who was a direct descendent of Sir Dudley Digges of Chilham Castle, one of the last descendents left in Ireland . The Hollywood Actor Dudley Digges was her paternal uncle.['Her sister Anne-Therese (Nancy) Digges-Heffernan is still alive at 91 years, having emigrated to USA 1954'.]Pauline married Martin Nealon(Auditor/Accountant) 1952 and had 3 children Timothy 1953(died at birth),Irene 1956 and Leonard 1963. In honour of her great love the Chilham Castle and her Digges ancestry, I have named her home 'Chilham House' (48 York Road, Rathgar,Dublin 6, Ireland)where she lived from 1952 and died in her residence in 2008.I am now the sole owner and resident of 'Chilham House' and hope the connection to Chilham and the Digges family may live on.Irene Digges Nealon (talk) 03:52, 24 February 2009 (UTC) Irene (Digges) Nealon (Medical Scientist and Musician)
