Questionable Notability[edit]

I fail to see any claim of notability in this biography. The article does describe his participation in a number historical organizations and participation in military events. However, nothing is stated that differentiates him as notable among other participants.
Note: Being the father of a governor does not meet the consensus of being notable as Wikipedia consensus is currently that notability is not inherited.
I recommend that someone add some sort of claim to notability to this biography. Optionally, this person can be mentioned in the page for Huang Zhizhen (former governor of Hubei Provence) instead of having an article dedicated to them. --98.6.146.234 (talk) 19:53, 26 August 2020 (UTC)[reply]
