Keep I translated this page from the French Wikipedia because Sabine Karsenti had no article in English. She had a prominent role in Battlefield Earth which was a widely viewed (or at least heard of) big-budget feature film, starring many A-List celebrities. She also had a starring role in a cult television show, The Crow: Stairway to Heaven, that has a wider following on DVD now than its viewership when it aired.
She had no article before not because she was non-notable, but because most of her work was in French, and her article in French is over five years old.
Finally, since I made the article (again, based on the French original which I translated, with information there that has been notable enough for the past five years) in late august, according to stats.grok.se it has averaged over a dozen views per day and gotten as many as 30. Not a lot, of course, but not insignificant. That means that deleting the article would remove some information from the wealth of knowledge that is Wikipedia.
