Kortney Ryan Ziegler is the filmmaker for the award winning film, STILL BLACK: a portrait of black transmen and is therefore a notable individual.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Sirwhat (talkcontribs) 02:00, 11 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, thanks for your message. Please provide evidence of this individual's notability, using externally verifiable, independent references. I understand that as a filmmaker this person has produced a film, however on going to look at the film's article I notice that it too is an unreferenced article that has been tagged for questionable notability since May this year. In order for both articles to remain they will have to be improved to Wikipedia's standards. Please also note that imdb is not a reliable source. -- roleplayer 02:08, 11 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I added more sources to the page.70.6.145.252 (talk) 17:37, 11 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there, I’ll be doing a peer review of your article for our film class! First off, I think you have done a really great job in gathering information about your subject, which has resulted in an article with a well-balanced amount of information in each of the required subheadings. I also like that you went beyond what was required of the assignment by adding the subheading of “community outreach”. A place for improvement that I can see is in the “personal life” subheading – seeing as you only have the one piece of information in there, I wonder if you even need the subheading at all. Perhaps you could add more information to it and make “personal life” more significant, or take the existing point and add it to the “early life and education” section and retitle it as “Biography”? Otherwise, I think the only other thing you have to watch out for is your citations. Although you have a good amount of information, you haven’t cited your sections about STILL BLACK: a Portrait of Black Transmen, community outreach, and honors and awards. Add those in and I think you’re good! Sobaface (talk) 23:26, 3 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
