I haven't seen Larceny, Inc., but according to the Wikipedia article Woody Allen, asw ell as the plot description Small Time Crooks is a remake of this movie so it should be mentioned.--Athaba (talk) 23:26, 3 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed...although Woody's never mentioned the debt to the earlier film (as far as I know), the plots of Larceny Inc and this movie are way too similar to have been coincidental — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.125.228.159 (talkcontribs) 03:27, 9 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
The cite currently used to support this in the article doesn't seem properly referenced; "Robert Osborne of Turner Classic Movies on June 15, 2006" -where did he say it, what precisely was it he said? Is there any way to confirm these? If it's not reproducible or able to be confirmed it doesn't seem like it's got much worth as a citation. Reading the plots of both they don't seem that similar, aside from a couple of plot points, but then there are also large divergences.219.88.68.195 (talk) 21:41, 8 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
